unless I am myself, I am nobody.

my experience
My professional journey includes working in both private settings and non-government organizations (NGOs), providing support in shelters, hospitals, and vulnerable communities. This diverse experience has enriched my ability to offer tailored therapeutic support to individuals, couples, organizations, and communities.
My professional training is diverse and comprehensive, including specialized training in psychodynamic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed practice. I am also a certified Family Constellation facilitator and have experience in group facilitation.
This variety enables me to adapt my therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development, continually enhancing my skills to provide the best possible care. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, I approach each client with warmth, compassion, and a focus on fostering meaningful growth and change.
I have supported individuals through a wide range of challenges, such as trauma, grief, workplace stress, depression, motherhood transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and various other mental health concerns. My approach is rooted in creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel understood. Together, we’ll focus on achieving the growth and change you’re seeking, step by step.
